What does SimWorkflow do?
SimWorkflow helps operations teams build AI-powered workflow apps. Use Pages to collect requests, files, approvals, and task input. Use Workflows to route work, call APIs, send notifications, involve people, and track every execution.
What is a user?
A user is any user that can log in to SimWorkflow.
How are users counted towards billing?
You can add and remove users as your team changes. At the end of each monthly billing cycle, you will be billed a prorated amount for that month, and for the following month's subscription based on the number of active users you have.
What counts as an executed workflow task?
An executed workflow task is counted each time a step in a workflow runs, such as an AI task, HTTP/API task, email task, user task, wait task, or data transformation task.
What is workflow email task?
With workflow email task, SimWorkflow sends the email on your behalf.
Sending a single email is counted as one email. When you send a single email to several recipients, email for each recipient is counted. For example, if you send a single email with 5 recipients on to "To:" line, 5 emails is counted to individual recipients.
What if I decide to cancel?
If you no longer wish to use SimWorkflow, you may cancel at any time. After canceling, when you reach your plan renewal date, you will then be able to continue to use SimWorkflow Free plan.

If you're not satisfied with our product or service, just contact us and we'll take care of you.
Can I try for free?
Of course! Creating a SimWorkflow account is free and gives you immediate access to the Free plan with limited storage & executed workflow tasks.
If you need more storage or more executed workflow tasks, you can upgrade to the Team plan.
When should I upgrade from Free to Team?
Upgrade when your team needs more than one workspace user, larger file uploads, more storage, higher API or email limits, or more than 1,000 executed workflow tasks per month.
Is AI usage included?
SimWorkflow supports AI workflow tasks. Depending on your setup, AI usage may require connecting your own AI provider credentials or may be billed separately.
