What is a user?
A user is any user that can log in to SimWorkflow.
How are users counted towards billing?
You can add and remove users as your team changes. At the end of each monthly billing cycle, you will be billed a prorated amount for that month, and for the following month's subscription based on the number of active users you have.
What is workflow executed task?
Workflow executed task is counted every time a workflow moves data or takes action for you.
What is workflow email task?
With workflow email task, SimWorkflow sends the email on your behalf.
Sending a single email is counted as one email. When you send a single email to several recipients, email for each recipient is counted. For example, if you send a single email with 5 recipients on to "To:" line, 5 emails is counted to individual recipients.
What if I decide to cancel?
If you no longer wish to use SimWorkflow, you may cancel at any time. After canceling, when you reach your plan renewal date, you will then be able to continue to use SimWorkflow Free plan.
