Refund Policy
Our refund policy is simple: if you're unhappy with SimWorkflow for any reason, get in touch and we'll take care of you.
Examples where we'd grant a full refund:

If you were just charged for your next month of SimWorkflow, but you meant to cancel, we're happy to refund that charge.

If you forgot to cancel your SimWorkflow plan a couple months ago, and you haven't had any SimWorkflow usage since then, we'll give you a full refund for those months.

If you used SimWorkflow for a couple months, and you just weren't happy with it, we'll refund your money.
Examples where we'd grant partial refunds:

If you forgot to cancel SimWorkflow a year ago, and there's been activity on your account since then, we'll review your usage and figure out a partial refund based on how many months had usage.

If we fail at providing you service (e.g. we neglected to respond to a support request, or SimWorkflow went down for many hours/days), we'd issue a partial credit to your account.
At the end of the day, every situation is unique. There are bound to be edge cases that don't exactly match the above examples. Don't hesitate to reach out and tell us what's going on. We'll do our best to make things right.
